CHECKOUT: Payment is accepted in US dollars. Orders paid in foreign currency will be transferred into US dollars. We accept major credit cards, Paypal and upon email or phone approval only, personal checks from US banks. All items are quickly shipped when payment is cleared.
When paying online at checkout, click on Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account, there will be an option to pay with a credit card of your choice after clicking on Paypal. It will then offer you options to complete the payment process. Shipping will be added at completion. If you experience any problems, please feel free to call for assistance. For phone orders, we now offer credit card payment over the phone.
SHIPPING: All items are shipped from California, USA. Shipping costs increase each year, unfortunately. Everything is shipped via USPS (US Postal Service). Shipping costs are calculated as economically as possible. Pillow covers sold without pillow inserts can be shipped together in one package to combine for reduced shipping rate. Pillows sold with insert are large and must be packaged and shipped separately to protect the pillow shape, and not available for combined shipping. Thank you for understanding. Only small pillows and other small items can be combined in one package for reduced shipping. Feel free to contact us about shipping multiple items, as we try to combine whenever possible to save you money. Whenever possible orders are shipped Priority, and are insured with the USPS up to $50.00, and include tracking information. If shipping fees charged at checkout are not sufficient to allow Priority shipping the next level will apply. If you wish to insure your order above the included Priority of $50.00, please notify us prior to shipping so we may offer you a quote for the added fee. When orders are shipped First Class or Standard Ground insurance is not included, unless there was sufficient postage fees charged at your checkout.
With most multiple items, shipping is calculated with a lesser amount added for items after the first one. Calculating shipping is not an exact science. In the event of a customer being charged more than the costs for shipping and packing supplies, overpaid shipping fees will be refunded back via the buyer's original payment method with a courtesy email of notification.
You will receive a packing slip which serves as your purchase receipt for your paid items. This serves as confirmation of actual items ordered and shipped, and with any customer changes.
Each item is lovingly gift wrapped with bubble wrap when necessary, tissue paper, stickers, ribbons, and cards. Part of the joy of receiving a package is the beautiful wrapping and care for transport. We want you to be happy with your whole purchase experience.
International buyers please email us before checkout for an accurate shipping quote on your purchase. Some destinations may require more shipping costs, or may be unavailable for shipping. If an item is purchased from a country which cannot be shipped to, we will cancel the transaction and send you an email notification as such.
RETURN POLICY: All customer purchases are final. We do not accept any returns. Ordering an item removes it from our inventory, which eliminates the possibility for further sale to other customers. Once an item is shipped it is out of our control as to its condition. It is buyers responsibility to evaluate the information to make a permanent purchase, not for a trial basis. Please read all item descriptions, measurements and review all photos.Photos are also part of the description for each item. You may request more photos and ask questions before purchasing. Photographs are taken of each item to show as much detail as possible. Computer monitors vary with color settings, of which we are not responsible for.
